The yellow gel is an example of diffuse transmission. The light striking the gold reflector, bounces of and created a highlight on Macey's face. This is an example of (diffuse?) reflection. 

CRUEL

This photo is an example of the Inverse Square Law, because the single light source is close to Macey's face, and reflection from a surface gets brighter if we move the light closer.
