 I know that the background and the subject are separately lit. For the yellow light to be that vibrant, it has to be close to the background (maybe with some narrowing light modifier?). I think there was a soft box involved here, because of how soft her features look. It seems like there are 3 different colored gels, and they may be from separate lights. The red light seems to be close to the subject's face, and the blue is acting more like a main light because its softer. I'm not sure quite how the motion is achieved.
